The Needlepoint Joint; Ogden, Utah

This is truly the place for all your knitting, crochet, needlepoint and all types of fiber art!  Right on the main historic 25th Street in Ogden, Utah.   I found this amazing shop when I stopped for lunch on a business trip.   The store is huge and stunning.  The woodwork for the shelves and displays alone is worth the visit!   The needlepoint is beautifully organized in drawers at the front of the store, where you could spend more than one lunch hour sifting through tons of canvases on every subject under the sun.  There is a completely separate half of the store dedicated to needlepoint fibers, thank goodness they offer to pull them for you if you need help!  Yes, please!  The yarns for knitting and crochet projects are also vast and luscious!  But what really caught my eye was the HUGE wall of knitting needles and the fact that you could test knitting with a few before you bought them!   Whether you are in town to ski or business – make time for an extra long lunch break to stop in and get inspired!
